At the end of last school year, several Pathfinder members gathered to start planning for the 2008-2009 school year. In an attempt to more clearly define the group's goals and vision, we developed this "working mission statement" for Pathfinder Christian Fellowship:
"Pathfinder Fellowship is committed to creating an open Christian community in order to grow in our faith, deepen our understanding, explore difficult questions, and be of service to others."
As an organization that is student-run and largely based on meeting student needs, Pathfinder is constantly changing, and it's helpful to have a clear idea of what we are trying to create and accomplish. If you have something that you think should be added to the mission statement, please don't hesitate to bring it up. As a Christian organization, we exist to serve God, a goal that is inseparable from that of serving one another- and that includes you!
